Well, stopping in quickly to say that I enjoyed reading your newsletter just now in the midst of my madness, but had to share since you said, “please”! LOL!

I say, whatever gets you where you need to go is the way to listen!

I have recently overcome health issues that had me wishing to do nothing but sit here in silence as anything other than my own heartbeat was simply too distracting. Now that I’ve figured out what was stifling not only my creativity but my focus in general, I have compiled, to date, 692 tracks on Spotify that I play daily on shuffle! The theme is “Back in the Day” and consists of music from as far back as the 50s to the early 90s. Definitely a mixture of genres and it is working for me! I will simply say that the majority of the songs I’ve chosen are upbeat in nature or very soothing to the soul!

Happy iNSD sweet lady! I don’t get an opportunity to comment much, but I shall let you know that I do enjoy reading your content very much :)

P.S. I know I am older than you girlie, but I remember wearing bell bottoms and one of my favorite pairs of earrings were figure eights in orange and yellow. I think my eldest daughter has them now :) Gotta love the latter 60s and the 70s. Originally, my playlist was going to be from the 70s, however, I swooned over too many other time periods so I expanded it … just a wee bit ;)
