When you are in the middle of a busy season, don’t forget to take a few moments to be creative…it can give you just the boost you need to keep going.

Tonight my creative moment was 30 minutes at the park with my kids – we ran, played, climbed and skipped rocks on the lake.

We had a great time and the few photos I snapped here and there while playing with my kids capture the moments.

It’s fun to mix creativity with family time… I think that’s what I love most about being a memory keeper…

Kitchens are a lot like computers and digital files – the work we do centered around our kitchens requires flow:

Planning meals
Shopping for food
Storing food
Prepping
Chopping
Grating
Searing
Simmering
Serving
Clearing 
Washing
Cleaning

It all is a process. The tools we use along the way helps us accomplish flow. To many tools encumbers the process. Inefficient tools frustrate results.

The right tools, the right process, eliminating the unnecessary – all add up to an experience in the kitchen.

It’s the same with your photo library. The right software, organizing they way your mind works, eliminating the unnecessary or simplifying the depth of your organizing efforts for a season – all add up to create flow.

There’s nothing like walking into a clean kitchen where you can find everything you need to prepare a sumptuous meal to enjoy with those you love.

Even though it’s a LOT more work – I would say that there’s also nothing like opening a curated digital photo library where you can quickly find what you need & want, giving you more time to share stories about the memories closest to your heart.
